The new manager, Ms. Carla is amazing! She and her staff are so helpful. They actually care and understand you and your needs. I would definitely recommend these apartments just because of Ms. Carla and her team!!!
I have lived here for going on three years. Within the last couple months the apartments were bought by a new company with new management! I went in to discuss a few things before signing a new lease and the new staff were very helpful and accommodating! They also have replaced all the roads, fixed the pool, and have lawn people coming frequently again! They are already making a lot of great changes and plan to continue and are very easy to work with! I’m excited to see what this place becomes!!!.
I have been living here for 11 years, long term one would say, and I really enjoy living here. The complex is close to freeways, stores and restaurants, and the location is perfect for summer activities as it is close to downtown Plymouth and Hines Drive/park. Newburgh Lake is also close by too for fishing. This complex was under two management companies in the past. Nowadays, it is under the LR Management Services Corporation and the new management is doing great work in order to fix all issues which was neglected by old managements, so that is making and reflecting a big change I have never seen in the past. The apartments are very spacious and comfortable. This new management is very proactive at keeping their tenants happy, and the price is decent compared to the other higher-priced apartment complexes in the area. I would like to make a special mention here about Ms. CARLA, the property manager, at the leasing office who are very professional and helpful. She is friendly and very attentive to your needs, and she really strives for community-based communication with her residents. The staff is always friendly, courteous, and helpful.
It was amazing, and has everything to do with the new management around there. They are really getting stuff done, renovations on every unit, they were so nice to me and welcoming, I didnt have to think twice to make my decision, SHA was amazing so nice and so compassionate, she was very professional. I love what this place is becoming, it’s a different energy when you walk in. All great vibrations. This is where I want to live❤️
This apartment complex has come a long way for the better! New painting looks great, the pool looks good, new roads, maintenance is fast, and the office staff is really nice. Ever since new management took over, they have been dedicated to making this a great place to move in. The assistant manager, Tyler, is really good! He listens to any problem I have and makes it right. All the office staff is good and I would recommend moving here!
